I help the average, everyday people and show them how to get started on there journey. As well as coaching more experienced individuals to break though plateaus. As long as you have the drive and determination to succeed anything is be possible. 

 

My training covers a wide verity of different forms as I have gained lots of knowledge since qualifying in the industry in 2017. I have worked with many clients helping them to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Hi, 

 

My name is Louie Whiteley-Waite.

I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2017, who is currently located within the Bristol area. 

I have spent many years coaching both as a personal trainer, bodybuilding coach and swimming coach.

Since 2019 I have been working Full-time as Coach helping many people to achieve there goals. 

You could say it's what I do.
