I am a Personal Trainer from Bristol, England. Currently based in Auckland, New Zealand, I have been a Personal Trainer at City Fitness and now, at Next Gen.
I have been a Reps Qualified Personal Trainer since 2017. But it does not stop there – I gain knowledge and experience every single day via books, research and constant work on my clients and myself. To be the best for my clients, I push myself beyond my limits. I believe I am my own best client, using methods and techniques I have learnt over the years, and constantly working to perfect them.
My training incorporates a lot of biomechanics, which manipulates every muscle of the body to perform optimal contractions.
Despite being into fitness and personal training since I was 15 years old, I fell in love with body-building in 2019 and have never looked back since. Body-building helped me grow as an individual; not only in terms of physical growth and strength, but mentally as well. A lot of the training techniques I use with my clients and for myself originate from the sport of body-building. However, this also involved a full year of research and tests on myself; a way to put into motion what I had learnt.
Additionally, I constantly research about nutrition and make clients training programs that best suit their goals and body type.
I am passionate and proud of what I do. It is not just a job; it is and always will be a passion.
